Whoops... Almost missed this Friday. Have been sooooo busy, but being a workaholic I actually do love it (although I tend to complain sometimes *hehe*). As always Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Paranjunkee's View which I try to take part in as often as I can. It's a great way to meet new bloggers and find outheir likes (and dislikes) as well. The question this week is a bit out of my comfort zone, but I'm going to try anyway. Here goes:
If you are a fan of Science Fiction what is your favorite book? If you haven't read Science Fiction before...any inkling to? Anything catch your eye?
Weeelllll... I don't read much Sci-Fi but when I was younger I was a BIG fan of the Freedom series by Anne MacCaffrey and I will recommend that! Apart from that I have had my eye on I am Number Four for a while, but the reviews are not good and I have wanted the read the The Hunger Games forever! But I really am more of a paranormal/fantasy gal.

I haven't read Anne MacCaffrey, but I've also had my eyes on I Am Number Four for awhile! And The Hunger Games are awesome! I think you should give them a shot!

The Hunger Games is an excellent book. I couldn't put it down. I've been seeing the I Am Number Four ads on television for the movie. I haven't decided about reading it yet since I have lots of other books to read.

Anne McCaffrey's quite the author in the sci-fi/fantasy genre, and I've read the first books in both her Acorna and Dragonriders of Pern series. I have to say I'm more taken with Acorna than the Dragonriders, but I'd be willing to recommend readers who love both sci-fi and fantasy to have a go at them. Happy reading! :)
